工作综述：
1、 ,  Participate  in  the  design,  architecture,  development,  test  and  commissioning  on  advanced  industrial  control  server  products;
2、 Code  as  per  design  specifications  and  relevant  standards,  and  maintain  codes  and  relevant  documents  in  professional  manners;  
3、 Play  as  owner  and  coordinator  within  his  domain;  Optimize  codes  for  maximum  performance  and  reliability  by  doing  detailed  analysis,  profiling  and  staging  of  products  before  delivery  to  customer;  
4、 Conduct  system  configuration,  commissioning,  training  and  maintenance  on  customer’s  site  when  required;  
要求条件：
1、 Bachelor's  degree  in  Computer  Science  or  equivalent  discipline;
2、 Minimum  of  2  years  C#  /.NET  programming  experience;  Excellent  understanding  of  CLR  mechanism;  Proficiency  in  GDI  and  ADO.NET;  
3、 Experience  in  and  Good  understanding  of  UML  is  a  very  favorable  plus;  
4、 Experience  in  project  of  industrial  control  system  /  real-time  application  is  a  plus;  
5、 Familiarity  with  TCP/IP,  HTTP,  XML,  SOAP  a  plus;
6、 Being  good  at  Statistics  /  Differential  Equation  is  a  plus;
7、 Good  communication  skills  in  oral  and  written  Chinese  &  English;
8、 Ability  to  learn  quickly  and  respond  effectively  in  high-pressure,  multi-tasking  situations
