工作综述：
1、 开发、督导和协调公司的各项网站设计工作，拓展壮大设计团队2.美术设计类专业毕业，具有良好的美术基础；具备很强的创新意识和相关领域的专业能力；有较强的网页美工及设计能力；3.二年以上相关工作经验；能独立从事网页设计、制作，熟悉流程；有网页设计的成功案例者优先；4.能够承受一定压力，能随机应对工作考验，能审视全局并有较强的时间观念和统筹意识。
要求条件：
1、 精通Flash/ Director 以及 Dreamweaver - 网络相关领域知识和技术等
